Can a bridge around your heart cause pain?
Can a bridge around your heart cause pain in left side of chest, down left arm and shoulder blade? Cause passing out??

I'm not sure what you mean by "bridge around the heart", but if you mean a myocardial bridge...yes, it can, but does not do so very often.
